I had a great experience with this jewelry repair service. The staff was kind, the service was fast, and the quality of the work was excellent. I brought in two broken chains and a bracelet, and they repaired them immediately, providing me with great-quality clasps. Their prices are also very affordable. Additionally, there is easy parking available. I highly recommend this place for all your jewelry repair needs.

The owner of Bertha's jewelry was amazing! He helped us repair a chain and did it while we waited. Very nice man and we got to look around his store and he has a very nice selection of beautiful jewelry and watches.

I cannot recommend Bertha’s Jewelry enough! My boyfriend and I go here for all of our watch battery and repair needs. The staff are incredibly kind and always ensure a quick turnaround time! I went in on Christmas Eve desperate for a battery replacement in a watch I needed the next day, and not only were they open but they helped me out right away. The whole visit took less than 5 minutes and their pricing is incredibly fair, unlike other watch shops in town that wanted to charge way too much to replace a battery or have a link taken out. Thank you Bertha’s!

The absolute best place for custom jewelry! They brought my dream ring to life perfectly. The quality, customer service, and craftsmanship are all top-notch. I came to Bertha's Jewelry with something really special: diamonds from my fiancée's grandmother and her mother, and gold from my grandmother and asked Sabino to turn them into a custom engagement ring. He was genuinely excited to help from the moment I walked in. We went back and forth on the design together, ultimately landing on one large center diamond flanked by two medium diamonds on each side, and the final result was absolutely flawless. The whole process took two weeks and the labor was very reasonably priced. More than anything, I appreciated how much care he put into it; this wasn't just a job for him. I proposed at golden hour in the rose garden at the Santa Barbara Mission after dinner at El Encanto, and she said yes. She hasn't stopped staring at the ring since. If you're looking for someone to trust with something irreplaceable, Sabino and the team at Bertha's are the real deal.
